How We Rebuilt This Huntington Beach Backyard
This Huntington Beach homeowner hired Pacific Coast Landscaping for a complete backyard overhaul. The project brought together a new perimeter fence, coordinated Belgard hardscaping, lawn and planting areas, drainage, sprinklers, and lighting.
A New Fence and Garden Wall
We replaced the entire perimeter fence with white vinyl fencing by Country Estate Fencing. We then built a garden wall using Belgard Castle Manor in the Victorian colour, giving the planting area a defined edge that complements the new patio.
A Belgard Paver Patio
For the new sitting area, we installed Belgard Catalina Grana pavers in Victorian. Using the same colour for the patio and garden wall ties the hardscape features together across the backyard.
Drainage and Sprinklers for the New Lawn
We installed drainage and sprinklers for the new Southland Sod Marathon II lawn and planting areas. Planning these systems as part of the renovation allowed them to be installed before the finished landscape went in.
Planting, Lighting, and Finishing Details
New plants add greenery around the patio and lawn. We installed FXL landscape lights throughout the backyard, then finished the planting areas with mulch to complete the landscape renovation.
